At Finch, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and ensure all previous shipping marks are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
